Singaporean households to receive S$300 in CDC vouchers in January 2027

In January 2027, all Singaporean households will receive S$500 in Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers to help with daily expenses. This initiative, announced during the Budget 2026 statement, aims to provide additional support to households facing rising costs and global uncertainties. The vouchers will be distributed in two tranches: S$300 in January 2026 and S$500 in January 2027. The S$500 CDC Vouchers 2026 (June) will be allocated equally, with S$250 each to be spent at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and at participating supermarkets. Singaporean households have until 31 December 2027 to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers 2026 (June). Starting 11 June 2026, residents can visit to claim the S$500 CDC Vouchers 2026 (June). The process for claiming and spending the vouchers remains the same as previous tranches. The CDC Vouchers Scheme is supported by a committed network of participating hawkers and heartland merchants, ensuring that residents can conveniently access food, services, and daily essentials right at their doorstep. Residents can find nearby participating heartland merchants, hawkers, and supermarkets by visiting The five CDCs will continue to work closely with these merchants to ensure Singaporean households have a seamless experience in spending the CDC Vouchers. To ensure that every Singaporean household benefits, the CDCs have mobilised a support network to facilitate the claiming process. For seniors and residents who may be less familiar with digital tools, assistance is readily available at Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) and SG Digital Community Hubs. Priority queues will be available at CCs for seniors and persons with disabilities. Additional support will also be provided for residents without smartphones or those who need help setting up Singpass accounts or resetting passwords. The CDCs appreciate the public’s patience and understanding during peak periods for voucher claims. Reflecting the spirit of shared care, youth and student volunteers will be working alongside CDC Ambassadors to assist residents with the claiming process. In the first week of the launch, over 500 volunteers from institutions such as the Institutes of Technical Education, St Andrew’s Junior College, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and Singapore Management University will be deployed at high-traffic CCs. This collective effort underscores the commitment to foster a culture of care and inclusivity. SG Digital Office’s (SDO) Digital Ambassadors and Silver Infocomm Wellness Ambassadors will also be present at selected CCs from 2 to 15 January 2026 to help residents claim their digital vouchers. SDO will conduct CDC Vouchers Learning Journeys at these locations to equip residents with hands-on knowledge on how to use their vouchers effectively. Beyond this period, Singaporeans can continue to pick up digital skills for daily living tasks, including claiming their CDC Vouchers, through SDO’s Digital Ambassadors at over 30 SG Digital Community Hubs and more than 200 roving counters island-wide. The CDC Vouchers Donation Scheme is open until 31 January 2026 for households that wish to contribute towards meaningful causes by donating their unused vouchers to participating Institutions of a Public Character.
