Singaporean households to receive $300 in CDC vouchers in January 2027

In January 2027, all Singaporean households will receive $500 in Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers to help with daily expenses. This initiative is part of the government's ongoing efforts to support residents amid rising living costs and global uncertainties. The vouchers will be distributed in two tranches: $300 in January 2026 and $500 in January 2027. The $500 vouchers will be allocated equally, with $250 each for spending at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and at participating supermarkets. Households have until 31 December 2027 to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers 2026 (June). To claim the vouchers, residents can visit and log in with their Singpass. The process for claiming and spending the vouchers remains the same as previous tranches. The CDC Vouchers Scheme aims to provide meaningful support for Singaporean households and participating hawkers and heartland merchants. By encouraging Singaporeans to spend within their neighbourhoods, the scheme also creates opportunities for residents to interact with their communities and support local businesses. The five CDCs will continue to work closely with these merchants to ensure Singaporean households have a seamless experience in spending the CDC Vouchers.
