The CDC vouchers, totaling S$300, are set to be disbursed in January 2027. These vouchers are divided equally: S$150 for spending at participating supermarkets and S$150 for use at heartland merchants and hawkers. Households can claim these digital vouchers through the official CDC Vouchers Scheme website, with a validity period until December 31, 2027.
In addition to the CDC vouchers, eligible Housing and Development Board (HDB) households will receive enhanced U-Save rebates. These rebates, which help offset utility expenses, will be increased by 1.5 times the regular amount for the 2026 financial year. Depending on the flat type, eligible households can receive up to S$570 in U-Save rebates. This enhancement is designed to alleviate the impact of higher utility bills, particularly in light of recent increases in the carbon tax.
