For instance, in India, digital marketing professional Ayushi Raghuwanshi has found that AI assists in analyzing campaign data and preparing materials, significantly reducing the time required for these activities. However, this efficiency has led to an increased workload, as employers now expect more output in the same amount of time.
Despite the added pressure, many young workers remain optimistic about the benefits of AI. In China and India, 88% of respondents believe that AI is advantageous for their careers, viewing it as a tool for skill enhancement and career advancement.
Experts suggest that while AI adoption can lead to increased productivity, it also necessitates a shift in workplace dynamics. Employers are encouraged to recognize the value generated by AI usage and consider appropriate rewards and recognition for employees who effectively integrate these tools into their work processes.
